Last updated: September 24, 2025

Welcome to TikTool. By accessing or using our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

TikTool provides workflow utilities that help creators prepare, queue, and publish videos to TikTok more efficiently. TikTool is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

2. Eligibility and compliance

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the security of your devices, accounts, and any credentials used with the Service. Do not share access tokens or passwords. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third‑party rights;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent any security or technical measures;
  • Automate actions that violate TikTok policies or rate limits;
  • Upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service except where permitted by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant TikTool a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your content and for obtaining all necessary rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, documentation, trademarks, and branding, is owned by TikTool or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all other rights.

7. Third‑party services

The Service may integrate with third‑party platforms (e.g., TikTok APIs). Your use of any third‑party service is subject to that provider’s terms, and TikTool is not responsible for third‑party services.

8. Beta features

We may offer experimental or beta features. Beta features are provided “as is,” may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may have limited support.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful conduct, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKTOOL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TikTool harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. DMCA/copyright policy

If you believe content accessible via the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@example.com with details of the alleged infringement. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless a mandatory law applies otherwise. Any disputes will be heard in the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
